Vinyl is our most commonly used media. It is used in just about everything we produce, from labels to vehicle wraps, and is used to apply to any of the substrates listed to the right to create your sign.
All banners are digitally printed so there is no extra charge for more colors or graphics. Besides our standard banner material we also offer a mesh banner material when wind is a factor.
Translucent vinyl is commonly used for light boxes, and store front signs. It is important to use this vinyl if your want your sign visible at night when using a light source with your sign.
Coroplast is a common, cost efficient, material to use for temporary signs of all purposes. It has the appearance of cardboard but is actually a rigid corrugated plastic substrate that is bright white and weatherproof. Coroplast signs can single or double sided and be made to any size and thickness of 3mm, 6mm, and12mm.
Styrene is a flexible plastic that is great substrate to use in place of paper type materials. Styrene can be cut to any size and comes in thicknesses of .030", .060" and .090".
PVC is similar in construction to Styrene but is much stronger, thicker and less flexible. PVC should be used on signs where
durability is required. Thickness ban be 3mm, 6mm, and 13mm.
Foam board is an inexpensive temporary material to use for
short term promotional displays and presentations. Foam board
comes in a thickness of .125".
GATORFOAM is similar in construction to foam board but much
stronger. Gatorfoam should be used in place of foam board
when you want to increase the strength and life of the sign.
Alupanel is our most commonly used sign material. It is an aluminum composite material that measures .125" and .25" thick.
Alumalite is similar to Alupanel, but uses a corrugated plastic core that allows it to be stronger and thicker without increasing the the weight drastically. Alumalite can be ordered in thicknesses up .50"
Aluminum is used when building plans call for it. It is a strong lightweight matrial that measures .030" and .060" thick. It is most commonly used for street and construction signs.
Acrylic is an excellent choice for signs that are used for decroative purposes indoor and outdoor. Acrylic comes in thicknesses of .125" to 1", and can be ordered to match the customers specified color.
MDO is a layered wood product that is most commonly used for real estate signage, so it holds up great against the elements outdoors. It thickness measures .50".
WALL / FLOOR
Reflective vinyl is a great way to get your sign noticed. City and state laws do require to use reflective vinyl on certain signs, but some people just request it because they the love the look of it at night.
Perforeted window film is very popular on vehicle windows and storefront glass and doors. It is a great way to get your message across without obstructing your view.
